The MLO is located at the petshop near sandy shores. It's a full mechanic workshop with a paintshop, car wash ect. It also contains a locker room, a employee room, a mass office, a showroom and a full house.
The house contains a huge living area with kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and a wardrobe.

There are two versions: One with a fence around for bases and one without.
